2nd Zurich–Oxford Doctoral Symposium on Real Estate Markets

The UZH Department of Finance and Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford are pleased to announce the 2nd Zurich–Oxford Doctoral Symposium on Real Estate Markets.

The symposium aims to bring together outstanding PhD students working on topics related to real estate markets, including real estate finance, urban economics, and mortgage markets, to share their research and learn from one another in a collaborative and supportive environment. Previous participants have gone on to secure assistant professorships at prestigious universities in the US and Europe. In addition to paper presentations by job market candidates, the workshop will feature a keynote session focused on navigating the academic job market.

Keynote

In addition to presentations by job market candidates, the workshop will feature a keynote session on “Navigating the Academic Job Market” by Pierre Mabille from INSEAD, where he will share insights on the academic job market, as well as on his own research on real estate markets.
