BA Value Reporting and Corporate Governance

The Department of Finance has been examining the voluntary reporting of Swiss companies every year since 1999 as part of its annual report rating. In cooperation with the ZHDK and a jury of experts, the best annual reports are honored each year and published in the BILANZ: geschaeftsberichte-rating.ch.

As part of this seminar, students can make a valuable contribution to improving value reporting in Switzerland. Within around two weeks, the seminar participants evaluate annual reports and investor relations presentations, create a factsheet (1 page per participant) and gain an in-depth insight into the topics of value reporting and corporate governance in Switzerland.

Further examinations can be taken during the seminar period! Participants are released for the examination period and the working hours in the seminar can be flexibly adapted.
