Baiba Renerte receives FAN Award 2025
For project on “How does a company tick? Behavioral economic perspectives on integrity and culture”
Dr. Baiba Renerte is a senior research associate at the UZH Department of Finance. Her work explores behavioral governance by bridging academic insights with practical applications.
She is one of nine young researchers who have received an Academic Excellence Fellowship for their outstanding research project from the UZH Alumni Research Talent Development Fund (FAN).
Dr. Renerte analyzes whether and how large companies worldwide measure their corporate culture. Based on this assessment, she is developing an innovative, behaviorally grounded tool that uses artificial intelligence to reveal ethical corporate culture and risks, helping companies meet growing social and regulatory requirements.
