Psychological safety, a phenomenon studied extensively by coauthor Prof. Amy Edmondson (Harvard Business School), is found to be important for forming strong ethical cultures where employees feel comfortable speaking up.
Prof. Carmen Tanner talks about our integrity game uFin: The Challenge for promoting individual moral competencies in business and finance. With this game, we want to supplement the current challenge of many companies, namely to ensure compliance with codes of conduct and to strengthen a value-oriented corporate culture.
Prof. Carmen Tanner was invited as keynote speaker at the Credit Suisse Financial Forum in Davos. She gave a lecture on ethical aspects of the ESG concept and their determinants of (un)ethical conduct in companies. Prof. Tanner then responded to questions in a small panel discussion.
